Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that Mutation case filed in October is kept pending as yet. Keeping in view the allegation of the Petitioner, this Court observes, in the event the Mutation Case No.2463 of 2022 vide Annexure-2 is still pending, the same may be disposed of at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however involving parties concerned.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
