1. Mr. Mukharjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

petitioner and submits, his clients are affected by construction of fly ash manufacturing unit. His clients, in paragraph 8 of the writ petition, have relied on order dated 27th January, 2020 made by National Green Tribunal in O.A. no.117 of 2014.

Mr. Tripathy, learned advocate appears on behalf of State. 3.

Opposite party no.3 will consider and dispose of representation dated 14th September, 2021 (page 17 of the writ petition) made to the office. For the purpose, said opposite party will give petitioner's representative a hearing, to consider said and other orders passed regarding setting up of fly ash unit. In event said opposite party finds that the fly ash unit is being set up in contravention of any law or rule, the office will take necessary action. Otherwise, petitioners are to be informed regarding the fly ash unit having had obtained necessary

// 2 // clearances for being set up. This must be done within four weeks of communication of the order.

The writ petition along with connected applications are disposed of.
