1. This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that she is not getting her E.L. salary w.e.f. 11.08.2009 to 13.12.2009, current salary and arrear salary w.e.f. 01.12.2020 along with periodical increment from the year 2009. In the aforesaid context, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she has submitted a representation before the District Education Officer, Nayagarh, Opposite Party No.3 on 09.04.2021, which according to the Petitioner is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for School and Mass Education Department submits that he will have no objection if a direction to Opposite Party No.3 is given to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to Opposite Party No.3

// 2 // to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 09.04.2021, if any, within a period of three months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order. It is needless to say that Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the representation by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
