Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioner is now no more the Sarapanch. Considering the particular grievance that construction of Panchayat House is not allowed to be proceeded further, grievance, if any, should be agitated by the Sarapanch or the Panchayat itself. 3.
