This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of the name of the father of the Petitioner in the cause of the title of the bail application. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction the name of the father of the Petitioner in the cause title in Court today. Accordingly, the order passed by this Court needs no modification.

In view of the aforesaid correction four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 22.12.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.16114 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
