Finding that there is some difficulty in the addressing of the representation at Annexure-4, Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the appropriate authority.

Considering the permission sought for by Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a fresh representation before the appropriate authority within a period of ten days hence and the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter. 3.
