Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to fix the scale of pay after 7th pay and 3rd RACP at Rs.31,100/- + T.I. as per last pay drawn by him, i.e. Rs.62,200/- instead of Rs.29,300/- + T.I. which the petitioner is now receiving within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-3 series and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
