This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for Petitioner that the proceeding initiated by the Petitioner vide Misc. Case No.77 of 2019 is still pending consideration of the competent authority in exercise of power U/s.37(1) of the O.C.H. & P.F.L. Act.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the pleadings in Misc. Case No.77 of 2019 are already completed and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Case No.77 of 2019, the competent authority shall do well in expediting the hearing of the Misc. Case No.77 of 2019 and disposing of the same, within a period of four months from the date of filing of the application.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
