Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is an application alleging eviction without following due process of law by the Tahasildar, Badamba. For the settled position of law in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes there should not be eviction even of an encroacher without following due process of law.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation.
