This CRLMC along with CRLMC No.2272 of 2021 were heard together and order was reserved on 11.08.2022 as on that date the learned Sr. Standing Counsel appearing for the Vigilance Department submitted that he does not want to file a separate counter affidavit in this case as almost all the grounds in both the case opposing the prayer for quashment are same and the counter affidavit filed in CRLMC No.2272 of 2021 may also be looked into in this case. Hence, no independent order was passed in CRLMC No.2272 of 2021. However, during preparation of the judgment in this case, this Court felt essential to write two separate judgments in both the CRLMCs. Hence, this CRLMC is disposed of being allowed vide the Judgment in separate sheets.
