Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Serious grievance is made by the petitioner that even though R.P.Case No.224 of 2021 has been registered , the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack is not undertaking the exercise of admission of the issue. It is also alleged that in spite of several memo, there is no proceeding of admission of the R.P.Case as of now.

Considering the serious allegation, this Court observes in the event there is no measure defect obstructing the admission of the matter involved herein, the C.P.Case No. 224 of 2021 may be taken for admission at least by posting the case within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. Petitioner also undertakes to remove the major defect, if any, at least within a period of three weeks hence. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with
