Heard Dr. S. Ranjit, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice issued by the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy by filing appeal before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised. Needless to say that the petitioner is also at liberty to file I.A. before the said authority seeking interim relief, if any.
