This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.2 and 3 to grant the benefit of pay protection of the last service as Subject Matter Specialist in his favour on joining as Assistant Professor as per resolution of the Board of Management, OUAT dtd. 02.09.2015 under Annexure-9 and the consequential notification dated 26.09.2015 under Annexure-10 and revise his pay accordingly and grant him all differential arrears thereof within a stipulated period.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.2

vide Annexure-15 series and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexures-9 & 10 within a stipulated time.

6. Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-15 series and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexures-9 & 10 within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
