Heard Mr.Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate being assisted by Mr.S.N.Biswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

It appears, for the self same issue Annexure-9 appears to be pending. This Court records the submission of Mr.Mohanty, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner that there is no final decision on the issue involved herein. This Court in the circumstance finds it appropriate to direct the opposite party no.1 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-9 and take decision as appropriate at least before finalizing the issue involved herein.
