This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the President, Sadha Service Cooperative Society, Sadha in the district of Keonjhar to dispose of his representation dated 1st December, 2022 (Annexure-3).

Mr. Sahu, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner was appointed as Assistant Secretary in the aforesaid Society on daily wage basis. Pursuant to order of appointment dated 9th May, 2022 (Annexure-1), Petitioner joined the service of the Society on 15th May, 2022. On 15th October, 2022, President of the Society disengaged the Petitioner from service without assigning any reason. Hence, the Petitioner has submitted a representation dated 1st December, 2022 for disbursal of his salary and to reimburse the money he has spent for the Society. 4.

Taking note of the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the considered opinion that

// 2 // the Petitioner has statutory remedy for redressal of his grievances. Hence, the writ petition for a direction to the President of the Society to dispose of the representation is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may work out his remedy in accordance with law.
