This matter was adjourned for several times on the request of Order No.

learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties to come up settlement of the issue outside the Court. Today, on appearance of learned counsel appearing for both the sides conjointly submit the Court that the parties herein enter into settlement but however with certain terms and conditions. For arriving outside Court settlement between the parties, this Court finds there is no scope of entertaining the Civil Miscellaneous Petition. However, while disposing the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, this Court expects and hopes that both the parties shall be abided by the terms and conditions on the settlement. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
