ORDER

1. Pursuant to the order passed on the previous occasion, video clips have been played in the Court both by Mr. D.K. Mohanty, Addl. Government Advocate as instructed by Tahasildar, Bhadrak. Mr.Samir Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner has also shared video clips taken by the Petitioner.

2. As regards, access of the villagers is concerned having watched video clips, the Court is satisfied that at present, the access available to the villagers is adequate. Although there may be some inconvenience because of an extra distance to be travelled, the Court cannot possibly give a direction to the Collector, Bhadrak as to whether where, additional access should be given to the villagers and whether it should be through the land adjacent to the hospital or not. These decisions are best left to the local administration to

take since they are in a better position to assess the ground situation. The Court cannot possibly interfere in such matters.

3. The writ petition is dismissed.
