Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 2.

Reading the whole written statement, this Court nowhere finds any aspect required to be evidenced by the defendant before the plaintiff commence his evidence. Perused the observation and findings of the trial court in rejection of an application under Order 18 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil procedure. As a consequence, this Court does not find any scope for interfering in such impugned order for which the CMP stands dismissed.
