This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

Heard Mr. G.C. Sahu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department. 3.
The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider this case of promotion of the Petitioner to Senior SES Cadre. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.08.2021 is pending before the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2.

Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the School and Mass Education Department submits that he has no objection, if such direction is given to the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.08.2021. 6.
Having heard learned counsel for both the sides, this Court
// 2 // disposes of the writ petition with a direction to Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.08.2021, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered by passing a speaking and a reasoned order on the same. The decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
