Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is a case involving non-renewal of the passport. In course of hearing, this Court through the letter dated 03.08.2022 at page-12 of the brief finds, several criminal cases are pending against the Petitioner and by issuing such letter the Petitioner has been asked to give his response by personally visiting to the Regional Passport Office. It appears, Petitioner instead of appearing before the Regional Passport Officer and explaining his position, he is attempting to clarify such position to this Court to get a renewal direction. 3.

For the dispute involving such issue lying with the Regional Passport Officer, this Court directs the Petitioner to appear before the Regional Passport Officer on 23.12.2022 at 11.00 A.M. The Regional Passport Officer shall accommodate the Petitioner on the fixed time and date, take a decision on the renewal of the Passport on the receipt
