1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 24.01.2022 passed in the CRLREV.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the I.A. is allowed.

4. The order dated 24.01.2022 passed in the CRLREV is hereby modified to the extent that, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application to dispose of the confiscation proceeding before the Authorized Officer within fifteen days hence. On such event, the Authorized Officer shall dispose of the same within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

5. The I.A. is disposed of.
