This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 24.01.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that G.R. Case No.989 of 2021 arises out of Nalco Township P.S. Case No.200 of 2021 is pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Banarpal but inadvertently in the order dated 24.01.2022, the name of the Court has been mentioned as S.D.J.M., Banarpal and accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

// 2 // In view of such submission, in the first paragraph of the order dated 24.01.2022, the name of the Court 'S.D.J.M.' is scored out by me in red ink in open Court, by substituting the word 'J.M.F.C.'.

The rest part of the order dated 24.01.2022 remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
