Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to release the final pension, gratuity and all other pensioanry benefits in favour of the petitioner taking into consideration the relevant documents and pension papers re-submitted by the Directorate of Higher Education vide letter dated 01.06.2022 under Annexure-1.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioner has been recommended by the Assistant Director to Government, Department of Higher Education to the Controller of Accounts, Odisha vide order dated 01.06.2022 under Annexure-1, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.3 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the Assistant Director to Government, Department of Higher Education under Annexure-1, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
