Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The sole grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has filed an interim application in Encroachment Appeal No. 25 of 2022 challenging the eviction order/ notice dated 30.09.2022 passed in E.C. No. 62/90 of 2021-22, the Sub-Collector, Cuttack has not passed any order.

Therefore, this Court disposed of the writ petition directing the Sub Collector, Cuttack to pass appropriate order in the interim application filed by the petitioner in Encroachment Appeal No. 25 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, before any coercive action is taken against the petitioner.
