Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a statement that there is no challenge to the order at Annexure-3 and seeks a direction to the Tahasildar, Muribahal, O.P.3 to work out the direction contained in Annexure-3.

Considering the statement made, this Court observes, in the event there is no impediment by way of stay to the order at Annexure-3, the direction therein is required to be complied with by the competent authority. In the process, provided there is no impediment to such order at Annexure-3, O.P.3 is directed to work

// 2 // out the direction in Annexure-3 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
