Instant I.A is filed by the petitioner for extension of time for the petitioner No.2-Jitu Swain to surrender before the learned Court below on the ground stated therein.

Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order of this Court has been complied with in respect of the other petitioners, whereas, petitioner No.2 could not surrender in time as he was out of State during the month of March, 2023. Since the petitioner No.2 could surrender on or before 6th March, 2023, as it was directed earlier, Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of the period in the interest of justice. 3.

Considering the above submission, the I.A. stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, petitioner no.2-Jitu Swain is allowed to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Bhapur on or before 31st May, 2023 in connection with G.R. Case No. 16 of 2009. 5.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
