Mr. R.Acharya, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition. 3.
A Memo to the said effect has already been filed, which is on record.

Mr. Acharya, in addition to the Memo filed earlier, files a Memo in the Court indicating therein that though the Order dated 14.06.2022, under Annexure-3, so also consequential notice dated 13.12.2022, vide Annexure-4, are under challenge, in the meantime the Opposite Party No2 has already debited the requisite amount from the account of the Petitioner-company and thus the matter has become infructuous. 5.
Mr. Acharya Prays for liberty to approach this Court, if any further cause of action arises pertaining to the present lis. 6.
In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and reasons indicated in the Memo, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. (S.K. MISHRA) JUDGE Banita
