1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.

The Petitioner has made a prayer in this writ petition to quash the notice of disconnection, vide Annexure-9, inasmuch as his representation dated 10.12.2021, vide Annexure-8, has not yet been dealt with by the Executive Engineer, Sonepur Electrical Division, Opposite Party No.3, and no action having been taken on the same, he has come to this Court challenging such disconnection notice.

3. However, during the time of hearing on admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that since a representation has been filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-8, it would suffice, if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Engineer, Sonepur Electrical Division, Opposite Party No.3, to consider such representation

// 2 // within a stipulated period and till disposal of the same, no disconnection be made.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, without going into the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-8 within ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of the order and the result thereof be intimated to the Petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid order, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
