Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves a serious allegation that Remand Revision Case No.81 of 2017 is to be freshly disposed of by virtue of remand order dated 24.03.2021 vide Annexure-1. Considering there is unnecessary long pendency of such proceeding, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Darpan to dispose of such proceeding at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. 3.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
