This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to give antedate promotion to the post of Jr. S.E.S. like Sovarani Mohanty, Nilambari Mishra, R.K. Khamari, Purohit, R.C. Das, Prabino Kumar Patro, with all consequential service and financial benefits as per Rule-10(A), 10(B)(2) of Subordinate Service Rules, 1972 within a stipulated period like others from 1997. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-13, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the judgment of tribunal in the case of Pratyusa Kumar Das v. State of Orissa and others (O.A. No.3885 (C) of 2012 and batch disposed of on 16.09.2016), to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-13, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the judgment of tribunal in the case of Pratyusa Kumar Das v. State of Orissa and others (O.A. No.3885 (C) of 2012 and batch disposed of on 16.09.2016), within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
