Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

This Court finds surprise that even though the suit is of the year 1992, on being transferred to a Court in the meantime the same has been renumbered and shown of the year 2011. There is no endeavour to dispose of the same. Treating this a suit pending since 1992, even though re-numbered in the year 2011, this Court targets the suit by directing the Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kendrapara to dispose of the aforesaid suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitionerdefendant no.1 undertakes not to seek any adjournment in disposal for the suit involved. There should not be any liberal adjournment only in case of high exigency.
