Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release the pension of the petitioner from 01.12.2014 and other pensionary benefits with interest @ 10% per annum as the same has been sanctioned by opposite party no.2, i.e. Director, Higher Education.

As it appears, the grievance of the petitioner has been recommended by the Deputy Director to the Controller of Accounts, Odisha vide order dated 29.04.2022 under Annexure-6, which is still pending before the said authority.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.4 to take immediate step on the recommendation made by the Deputy Director of Higher Education under Annexure-6, if the same has not yet been attended to, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order.
