This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press the writ petition. Rather he proposes to approach the Opposite Parties for redressal of her grievance. 3.

In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. Further opportunity is given to the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.2-Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar by filing a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order. In the event such a representation is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Opposite Party No.2-Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of ten days thereafter.

It is needless to mention here that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
