Through this Writ Petition learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though there is already payment of additional wages in view of the revised minimum wages, however there is delay in making such payment and therefore the Petitioner is claiming interest for such delayed payment.

It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a representation vide Annexure-10 to the O.P. 2. In the process this Court in disposal of this Writ Petition directs O.P.2 to take a call on the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-10 and pass an appropriate order, by completing entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
