This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

This writ petition involves a request for engagement of a land oustee by a company, namely, M/s.Brand Alloys Limited. Finding Company not responding to the claim of the petitioner, it appears, petitioner along with others have given their protest to the District Labour Officer, Keonjhar vide Annexure-5. For the nature of dispute, this Court finds the Labour Officer should look into the grievance of the petitioner and take up the issue along with company involved herein. In the process and as the grievance of the petitioner along with others is pending before the District Labour Officer vide Annexure-5, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the District Labour Officer, Keonjhar to look into the grievance of the petitioner along with others vide Annexure-5 and find out an outcome to the same but, however, involving the parties likely to be

affected and undertaking a lawful exercise.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
