Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the informant (Opposite Party No.2) and the learned counsel for the State.

Affidavit has been filed by the informant (O.P.No.2) inter alia indicating that the matter has been settled with the intervention of well wishers of both the parties. . 4.

Taking into account the materials on record and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Ors. Vrs. The State of Gujarat and Another, reported in AIR 2017 SC 4843, the proceeding in connection with G.R. Case No. 2202 of 2021 arising out of Jagatgpur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2021,

on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack stands quashed in respect of the Petitioner in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
