Heard Ms.P.P.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 2.
According to Ms.Mohanty the petitioner is aggrieved by inaction of the authorities in including his name under the category of displaced person as a result of which he has been deprived of the benefits under the Odisha Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy, 2006 though he is entitled to such benefits under the said policy.

During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file representation before the Collector, Dhenkanal (opposite party No.1) and further prays that a direction may be issued to the said opposite party to take a decision of his representation within a specific time period. 4.
Considering such submissions and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court
// 2 // grants liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before opposite party No.1 along with a copy of this order by registered post with A.D. within a period of two weeks hence. In the event, such representation is received by the opposite party No.1, he/she is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of two months there from and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
