1. The matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

3. This is an application to modify the order dated 18.01.2022 passed in CRLMC No.2857 of 2021 for reducing the deposit amount from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs.4,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are labourers and it is difficult for them to arrange such a huge amount.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the I.A. is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/- (rupees one thousand) each (totaling Rs.2,000/-). The petitioners are

// 2 // granted another fifteen days hence to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter.

7. All other terms and conditions passed on 18.01.2022 in CRLMC No.2857 of 2021 shall remain unaltered.

8. The I.A. is disposed of.
