1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. J.K.Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 18th December, 2021 in connection with Digapahandi P.S.

Case No.116/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.147/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Digapahandi for the alleged commission of

// 2 // the offence under Sections 294/323/353/364/395/120-B/506 of I.P.C.

4. It is submitted that the co-accused persons standing on similar footing have already been released on bail, copies of which have been enclosed to the bail application under Annexure-4 series.

5. Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the I.I.C., Digapandi P.S. on every Monday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of six months and also appear before the court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice
