The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- " Under the above circumstances, it is therefore humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the Opposite Party No.1 to sanction and release ex-gratia payment as per Rehabilitation and Settlement Policy, 2006 and reconsideration of valuation of lands, dwelling houses, fruits trees, trees, herbal and medicinal plants, Dug-well, L.I. Point, Gobar Gas Plant etc. acquired in village Dumberbahal under Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar in the district of Nuapada and consider the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper.

And or pass any such other writ/writs, order/orders or direction/directions in the fitness of the case." 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-6 and the same may be directed to be considered

within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
