Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3.

This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak to consider his grievance under Annexure-2 and to take a decision on the representation within a specific time with further direction to evict the illegal and unauthorized occupation of public land encroached by the Opposite Parties No.6 and 7 over Plot No.582 measuring an area Ac.0.030 decimals, under Khata No.545, MouzaSriganga, Tahasil-Dhamnagar, Thana-Dhamnagar, Kisam-Jalasaya Dui, District-Bhadrak.

It appears that recently the Petitioner has made representation before the Opposite Party No.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak, i.e., on 21st December, 2021.

In such premises, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak to dispose the representation of the Petitioner within a specific time.

However, since the representation is made, it is hope and trust that the Opposite Party No.2-Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Bhadrak shall do the needful to dispose of the same expeditiously in accordance with law giving notice to the persons, who stated to have encroached the public land, in accordance with law. 7.

With the aforesaid order, this writ petition stands disposed of. 8.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
