This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 27.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that in the cause title of the application, the nomenclature of the case in the Court below has been inadvertently mentioned as 'G.R.' instead of 'C.T.' and that is the reason, the error has crept in the order for correction of which he seeks the permission.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners is permitted to correct as above. The correction be accordingly carried out in the order. 5.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners be extended by twenty one days more with effect from today.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
