The Petitioner, who is neither the guarantor nor the borrower of loan facilities availed from Bank of Baroda, Angul Branch, Angul has filed the present writ petition assailing the notice dated 9th February, 2021 issued under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, whereby symbolic possession of the mortgaged property (allegedly offered as a collateral security) has been assumed.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
