Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Petitioner on the premises of availability of appeal provision involving refusal of registration vide Annexure-2 seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to prefer appeal. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of as not entertainable at this stage but, however, with liberty as prayed for.
