2. Since the Office of DRT, Cuttack is not functioning due to non-availability of the Presiding Officer, the present Petition has been filed.

3. The Petitioner is a defaulting borrower of the loan.

4. Counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission of withdrawal of the writ petition to assail the subsequent event of issuance of the sale certificate on 30.12.2021 and also implead the successful auction purchaser of the secured asset.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition.
