This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Mr. Akash Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that inadvertently, the nomenclature 'WPCRL' has been used at the time of filing of the petition. But the nomenclature should be CRLMP.

Mr. J. Katikia, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties has submitted that these opposite parties may not have any objection, if the conversion is allowed.

Accordingly, this WPCRL be converted to CRLMP. 5.

The Registry is directed to make necessary correction in the petition and place the same before the appropriate Bench within two days from today.
