Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

Considering the limited request involved herein for targeting the appeal, this writ petition stands disposed of with an observation that in the event Appeal Case No.1 of 2018 pending in the Court of Registrar, Co-operative Societies-opposite party no.1 is already admitted and pleadings are completed, steps as appropriate, be taken for expeditious disposal of the appeal at least within a period of nine months from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with

certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
