This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. S.K. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

The petitioner was one of the applicant for the post of Anganwadi Worker of village- Mathasahi Ward No.2 in Rajash Gram Panchayat in the district of Khurda under the administrative control of the Child Development Project Officer, BalipatnaOpposite Party No.4. 4.

It is seen that ventilating her grievance, the petitioner had made a representation before the CDPO, Balipatna, Khordha (Opposite Party No.4) dtd. 15.12.2021 vide Annexure-9. It is also stated at the bar that, the petitioner had also moved the Lokapal vide Case No. 434 LY(A)/2008.

Keeping in view the limited grievance and since the representation has yet to be disposed of, it is directed that the CDPO, Balipatna, Khordha (Opposite Party No.4) shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-9 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file the copy of this writ petition and the affidavits on record along with this order, so as to enable the Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision within the time framed as stipulated. 7.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 8.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
