This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Khaparakhol P.S. Case No.150 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 374 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 25 of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service Act, 1979), has filed this petition for his release on prearrest bail. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.13365 of 2021 and this Court on 18th November, 2021 wherein he was directed to surrender before the court below, but instead of complying with the same, he has

// 2 // again approached this Court by filing the instant bail application on the ground that co-accused has already been released on bail.

But, I am not inclined to entertain his prayer under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. again on the ground stated to review the earlier order.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected.
