Heard Mr. S. Mishra-1, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 07.11.2022 issued by the opposite party no.3 under Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

Since the order impugned is appealable one, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy by filing appeal before the appropriate authority, if he is so advised. Needless to say that the petitioner is also at liberty to file I.A. before the said authority seeking interim relief, if any. The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after receiving authenticated photocopy thereof.
